FAQ

Will press-on nails look fake or obvious?

Not ours. Every set is handcrafted by professional nail artists using salon-grade gel — the same materials and techniques used in high-end nail salons. The finish, curve, and thickness are designed to mimic a real gel manicure, not plastic drugstore nails. Most customers tell us their friends ask which salon they go to.

How long do they last?

In our own 7-day wear test — showering, housework, even a 40-minute swim — most nails stayed on the full week. One or two may lift earlier; if that happens, just re-glue that nail and keep wearing the set. We recommend carrying a small bottle of glue with you for quick touch-ups.

Will they fall off in the shower? While typing? Doing dishes?

No. Once applied correctly, our press-ons hold through showering, typing, workouts, and everyday tasks. We recommend wearing gloves for heavy cleaning or hot water immersion (hot tubs, long baths) to extend wear time — same as you would for a salon gel manicure.

Are they really handmade?

Yes. Each set is hand-painted, hand-finished, and individually inspected by our nail artist team. That's why our designs — like 3D florals, gradients, and hand-drawn art — look different from machine-pressed or sticker-based sets you'll find elsewhere.

Will press-on nails damage my real nails?

No — when applied and removed correctly. This is what makes Able Nail different: our Peelable Glue peels off in 30 seconds with zero acetone, zero filing, and zero damage. No soaking, no scraping, no thinned-out nail beds. If you've been burned by press-ons before, this is the part that changes everything.

What if I have weak or damaged nails already?

Peelable Glue is gentle enough to use on recovering nails. Many of our customers actually switched to Able Nail because their natural nails needed a break from gel or acrylic. Just make sure your nail surface is clean and dry before applying.

Do I need to file or buff my real nails first?

A light buff helps glue adhere better, but you do not need to file down your nail surface like you would for acrylics or hard gel. That's the whole point — your nails stay yours.
