At [Able Nail], we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Due to the unique nature of our items, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because we sell handcrafted, limited-edition press-on nails, we generally do not accept returns or refunds based on change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we will accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product: You received an item that was already damaged.

Incorrect Item: You received an item that does not match your original order.
2. How to Request a Return
If you believe your order qualifies under the above conditions, you must:

3. The Return Process
Once your return request is approved:

You will need to ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the instructions.

The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging whenever possible.
4. Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: For incorrect or damaged items, we prioritize exchanges. We will ship the correct or a replacement item to you free of charge.

Refunds: If an exchange is not possible (e.g., due to stock unavailability), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item. The processing time for the refund will depend on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs and reimburse you for the cost of sending the item back to us.

6. Important Note on Limited Edition Items
Many of our designs are limited edition. This means that once a design is sold out, we may be unable to reproduce the exact same set for an exchange. In such cases, we will work with you to provide store credit or help you select another available design of equal value.
